Joining Bomb Party? Why It Matters Whose Team You Join

Does it matter whose team I join as a new Bomb Party rep?

Yes. The rep you join under is the person you'll lean on while you figure things out. If the rep runs a team on Sparkle Suite, you get a private onboarding link with progress tracking, one place to send the rep your questions, and a home base built for live reveals. That's a smoother start than a pile of group texts.

Quick note before we go on. This post doesn't cover how to sign up with Bomb Party, what it costs or what reps earn. Sparkle Suite isn't part of Bomb Party, so for anything about the company, go to Bomb Party's official resources. What I can tell you about is the tools.

What does a Sparkle Suite team leader have that helps me?

A team leader on Sparkle Suite has Team Management in the leader's workspace. Here's what that means for you as a new rep:

• A private onboarding link of your own. You work through getting started at your own pace.
• Progress tracking. Your leader can see how you're doing, so the leader knows when to check in.
• A direct line for questions. Your onboarding questions go to the leader's Message Center instead of getting lost in DMs.
• Privacy. Getting an onboarding link doesn't put your card on the leader's public team page. That's the leader's choice to make with you.

More on how that works in onboarding a new team rep.

What does "training and support" mean here?

I want to be clear about this. When I say support, I mean two things:

1. The Sparkle Suite tools your leader uses to onboard and organize the team.

2. Support from the Sparkle Suite team for your leader. I build Sparkle Suite and support the paying reps who use it, including your leader.

Bomb Party's own training comes from Bomb Party. I don't speak for them.

What if I want my own site later?

If you decide you want your own rep site, you'd get the same tools your leader has: your own website, Live Lineup, Live Show Calendar and a Dance Floor for dancer swaps. Every Sparkle Suite rep workspace also has a Help & Resources library of videos and blogs. See how to get your own Bomb Party rep website.

There's no pressure to do that on day one.

How do I find a rep who uses Sparkle Suite?

Look for a Bomb Party rep with a site and a Join Team page. If you're not sure, just ask how the rep onboards new reps.

What should I ask a rep before joining the team?

A few honest questions help:

• How do you onboard new reps?
• How do I reach you when I'm stuck?
• When do you go live, and can I watch a few shows first?
• What do you expect from me?

Skip anyone who leads with income promises. A good leader talks about support, not paychecks.
