How to Run a Bomb Party Live Reveal Customers Can Follow

How do I run a Bomb Party live reveal customers can follow?

Give your customers one place to see when you go live and what order the reveals run in. Then point every profile you have at that place. When people know when to show up and whose piece is next, they stay longer and come back for the next show.

That's the whole idea behind two tools in Sparkle Suite: the Live Show Calendar and Live Lineup. Both live on your own rep site.

Why do customers lose track during a live?

If you've hosted a live reveal, you've seen it. Comments fly by. Someone asks "is mine next?" five times. A new viewer joins halfway through and has no idea what's going on.

None of that is your customers' fault. They just don't have a way to follow along outside the chat. The chat moves too fast to be the plan.

How does Live Lineup help customers follow the show?

Live Lineup lets shoppers follow the order of your live show on your site. Instead of scrolling back through comments, a customer can check the lineup and see where things stand. You don't type it in by hand, either. The Sparkle Chrome extension pushes your lineup to your site from your Bomb Party back office, using your rep connection code.

That takes pressure off you, too. You spend less time answering "where am I in line?" and more time on the reveal itself.

Where should I post my show schedule?

On your own site, in your Live Show Calendar. Your upcoming lives show up right on your rep site, so customers have one spot to check.

Then link that site in every bio you've got. TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram. One schedule, one link, everywhere. If your times are scattered across five posts and three platforms, people miss shows.

The calendar shows each customer your show times in her own local time zone, so a customer in Arizona and a customer in Florida both see the right time. I wrote more about that in why posting your show times grows your audience.

How do I get repeat viewers to come back?

Repeat viewers come back when it's easy to. A few habits help:

  • Post your next show before this one ends. Get it on your calendar so you can say "see you Thursday" and mean it.
  • Keep the same name everywhere. Customers should recognize you on every platform.
  • Send people to your site, not just your latest post. Posts get buried. Your site stays put.
  • Keep your calendar current. If a show moves, update it. A wrong time costs you trust.

What should my site show during a live?

During a show, your site is where a customer goes when the chat gets too busy. The most useful things to have there:

  • Your Live Lineup, so they can follow the order.
  • Your Live Show Calendar, so they know when the next one is.
  • Your Dance Floor, so they can browse available pieces and send a trade request. You still make the final call on every trade. More on that in Bomb Party trades without the DM chaos.

All three are part of every Sparkle Suite rep site, and the site works on phones, which is where most of your viewers are watching anyway.
