Bomb Party Join My Team Page That Recruits for You

How do I make a Bomb Party "join my team" page?

Put a public Join Team page on your own site that shows who you are, who's on your team and how to reach you. Then link it from your socials. In Sparkle Suite, the Join Team page is part of Team Management, and you pick which team cards show on it.

A good team page answers questions before anyone has to DM you. It does the first part of the conversation for you.

What goes on a join-team page?

Keep it simple and honest. The pieces that matter most:

  • You. Your name, your photo and why you love leading a team.
  • Your team. Team photos, show names and social links for the members you choose to feature.
  • What you offer a new rep. Your support, your tools and how you onboard.
  • How to reach you. A clear next step.

What doesn't belong: income promises. Don't post earnings claims, "quit your job" lines or screenshots of paychecks. They aren't fair to people deciding, and they aren't what a good team is built on.

How do I show my team members?

With their OK. In Team Management, each member can have a card with a photo, show name and social links. You decide which cards appear on your public page.

Featuring your team helps people see real reps, real shows and real personalities. It also gives your members another link back to their own shows.

Does adding a rep to my team make the rep's card public?

No. Sending a private onboarding link doesn't publish a card. A team member appears on your Join Team page only if you choose to show that card. See onboarding a new team rep.

How should I link my team page from social?

Treat it like your show calendar. Put it where people look:

  • Your bio links. Your site link should already be there.
  • When you talk about your team on a live. Send people to the page instead of explaining everything in comments.
  • Pinned posts. A pinned "want to join my team?" post with the link.

What happens after someone's interested?

That's where you come in. The page starts the conversation. You finish it. Once someone joins, you send a private onboarding link, and questions come to your Message Center.

Why does it matter who someone joins under?

New reps have a choice about whose team to join. A leader with good tools can give them a smoother start. I wrote more on that in joining Bomb Party? Why join under a Sparkle Suite rep.
